Welcome! I’m so glad you found your way here. I started this blog years ago when I was in college and seeking a way to share my words in a helpful and encouraging way for others. God put it on my heart and I finally obeyed after a tough summer of self-realization and growth, and have found that many can resonate with my experiences. I’m not an expert on anything and I don’t have it all together (far from it!), but I try to capture what I’m learning from God through my writing. Whether you are looking for hope, guidance, or just a friend who gets it, I hope my words can provide that for you. My life verses are Matthew 11:28-30, where I got the idea for the title of this blog:
Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.
Matthew 11:28-30 MSG
Embrace His rhythms for your life, and you will not be disappointed.
